Terms of Service — Incheon Airport Taxi & Transfer

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms set out the conditions and procedure for using the Incheon Airport taxi and private van transfer service provided by the company.

Article 2 — Definitions

• Service means the Incheon Airport taxi, private van and airport pickup reservation service.
• User means any customer who uses the service.
• Reservation means a user's request for a vehicle.
• Fare means the fixed amount confirmed in writing before dispatch.

Article 3 — Effect and amendment

These terms take effect when the service is used. The company may amend them when necessary, and any change is announced on this website before it applies.

Article 4 — Provision and change of service

The company provides a vehicle for the reserved airport transfer at the reserved time and place. Traffic conditions, natural disasters, road closures or other events outside our control may change the vehicle, route or pickup time. When that happens, we contact the user with the revised arrangement.

Article 5 — Obligations of the user

• Provide accurate reservation details, including flight number, pickup point, destination and passenger count
• Refrain from using another person's information
• Follow applicable laws and public order during the ride
• Inform us in advance of requirements such as child seats, oversized luggage or a language preference

Article 6 — Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations follow the published schedule. The clock runs from the confirmed pickup time.

Article 7 — Limitation of liability

The company is not liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, severe weather, traffic accidents, strikes or government action. Liability for lost or damaged luggage is limited to the extent required by applicable law.
